Welcome to Yourmyfriend! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yourmyfriend. Yourmyfriend operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services to provide you with a curated pet shopping experience (the “Services”). Yourmyfriend is powered by Shopify.

We try to show accurate product images and descriptions, but colors/appearance may vary due to your device/screen settings. We do not guarantee that products will match exactly what you see online.
Product details and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and process payment.
Review your order carefully – cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If we cannot accept/modify/cancel your order, we will try to notify you using the contact details provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carriers, customs clearance, weather, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for shipping delays or lost packages once handed to the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier.
For UK/EU orders, customs duties/VAT may apply – these are your responsibility. Check local rules before ordering.

Yourmyfriend is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly between you and Yourmyfriend. Shopify is not a party to your transactions and has no responsibility for products, services, fulfillment, refunds, or disputes. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases from Yourmyfriend.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yourmyfriend, Shopify, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.), even if advised of the possibility.
This does not limit liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or matters where liability cannot be excluded under law (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act)
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Yourmyfriend, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You and Yourmyfriend consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
