Yourmyfriend 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every item from Yourmyfriend. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with a simple 30-day return policy.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, undamaged)
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Yourmyfriendofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll review your request (usually within 24–48 hours) and send you a prepaid return shipping label + instructions.
  3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first – returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Shipping We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns to the UK and US. You only pay return shipping if the return is due to a change of mind (not defect/wrong item).

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Yourmyfriendofficial@gmail.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet grooming tools or litter accessories (if opened/used)
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Sale/final sale items (clearly marked as such)

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. We’ll process your refund quickly so you can reorder right away.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–7 business days), we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer). If 15 business days pass without seeing the refund, email us at Yourmyfriendofficial@gmail.com.

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
